Amazing result! This is a game changer for quitting. Instant craving suppression makes distracting yourself really easy. I've had some hiccups as a side effect but nothing more. Highly recommended.

Quickmist worked but isn't cheapI gave up smoking just over two years ago with the help of Nicorette quickmist, I am still using the quickmist after two years, I am highly addicted to the stuff, it has been an expensive habit buying a three pack once a fortnight and on the occasion having to buy extra single pack.

It really helpsI have found the spray easy to use although I have had a couple of dud ones that the spray doesn't come out very well. It really works and has helped me quit after smoking for 40 years. I have not had a smoke for 3 1/2 weeks. I use the Nicorette app to track my sprays and the app provides daily tips and a place to add my reasons for quitting. I find the app really helpful. I would definitely recommend this product.
