How do I use Nicotinell Lozenges?Â
- Place one lozenge in your mouth.
- Move from one side of the mouth to the other periodically.
- Continue until fully dissolved. The lozenge should not be chewed, sucked or swallowed whole. Only have one lozenge at a time and no more than 15 per day. Over time, you will be able to reduce how often you need a Lozenge.
- Week 1-6 Have one lozenge every 1–2 hours. Adults should have at least 9 lozenges in total during this period.
- Week 7-9 Have one lozenge every 2–4 hours
- Week 10-12 Have one lozenge every 4-8 hours
To help you stay smoke-free while you seek to quit or reduce, take 1 nicotine lozenge in situations where you are strongly tempted to smoke.Â
