Swallow the whole tablets with water or other fluid. Do not crush the tablets. They can be taken with or without food. Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take 2 tablets three times a day, every six to eight hours as needed. Children and adolescents 12-17 years of age: Do not give this medicine for longer than 48 hours at a time unless advised to by a doctor. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours.

I don't know where I'd be without OsteomolMy doctor suggested years ago to start taking Panadol Osteo for my osteo pain. When they were taken off the PBS I didn't know what I was going to do until I stumbled across Osteomol which works just as well as the brand name and doesn't prohibit me from being pain free which would not have been possible if I hadn't found them.

Osteo Paracetamol at best value works well.Paracetamol 665mg is the best maintenance to control pain. My degenerated knee is managed well with Osteomol TDS. I am a nurse and knows what works best.
