Oil Garden Tea Tree Pure Essential Oil 25ml

Adult only: An antiseptic to assist in the relief of MINOR CUTS, ABRASIONS, INSECT BITES and STINGS. May assist in management of MILD ACNE. Apply 1 drop twice daily. For relief of SINUSITIS and the symptoms of MILD UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTIONS: add 5 drops to 1 litre of steaming water, cover the head and inhale the vapour as required. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.

Vaporisation

Create your own personal aromatic environment and balance emotional wellbeing. HOW: Choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops to the water your Oil Garden diffuser. As the mist rises it carries the pure essential oil particles into the surrounding air.

Inhalation 

Treat minor ailments and hydrate the skin. HOW: choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops to a bowl of hot steamy water. Place a towel over your head and inhale deeply for 10 minutes. The essential oil molecules are absorbed via the respiratory system into the body.

Direct Method Treat specific sites with one single drop directly into the skin.
There are some specific cases where essential oils may be used directly on the skin. When a very small area of the skin is to be treated, the direct method can be applied.
HOW: Add 1 drop of pure essential oil to the tip of a cotton bud.
