Starts well, but doesn't last
This brush starts well and is great for detangling hair after it's been washed, but it just doesn't last very long. Within a couple of weeks the metal pins are dislodged from the pad making brushing ineffective.
I purchased a second one thinking than I'd got a dogdey one the first time, but this had the same result. So I can only conclude poor quality and poor manufacturing. I wouldn't recommend this product, which is a shame as Lady Jane hair brushes used to be so reliable.

Awesome product
Love this brush. It lasts me for at least a couple of years. Never had any problems with them. They feel great running through thick hair. Never have any lumps in my hair when I pull back.

Very poor quality
I bought this about 4 months ago and all the pins have either lost the plastic tip or been pushed into the pad. Now all it does is scratch my head. Very poor quality

Severely disappointed.
I'm a big fan of the Lady Jayne products and not just because I share the same name. At first this brush was everything I wanted in a brush and noticed the difference it made immediately. Unfortunately within a week or two of purchase the bristles sunk inside the rubber part rendering the brush useless.

Work so well until now
Bought this brush yesterday and 24 hours later all the metal bristles have fallen into the middle. So disappointed because the brush untangled my knots so well now I can’t use it.
