It’s good quality, dry, and comfortable. Like the design but would love its more thinner in the regular. I have purchased a thinner one was very long but would like the shape of the regular super that I got sampled 😊

A little bulky but effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise Regular Pads for Bladder Leaks did provide adequate protection against moderate bladder leakage. They stood up to the claim of odour control, and were discreet and comfortable to wear. The pads were absorbent against moderate bladder leakage, and I was able to exercise for an entire session confidently knowing the pad was in place. It did require immediate changing following exercise, but you would expect that following an intense workout session.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Following childbirth 4 years ago, I have experienced light bladder leakage.
Embarrassingly I get caught out when sneezing, coughing, or doing light exercise.
As this varies from day to day I can’t predict if and when it will happen.
Fortunately , while trialling these pads, I didn’t have too many incidents. For one of the trials I did purposely do some low intensity exercise to test them out. They worked well and are comfortable to wear.
These “medium” flow pads are thick and slightly bulky to be able to absorb the greater volume. They can be likened to the generic period pads with no wings.
No odour was evident when wearing these pads. There was no leakage from the pad onto the underwear.
I have moved onto reusable period underwear to reduce waste from the packaging. I however do try my best to reduce my waste footprint. So I like that the soft plastic wrap of the paper can be recycled at certain recycling facilities.

They are quite absorbent and I found I could have it on for a few hours before needing to change it as they kept me feeling nice and dry. They are soft and not at all irritating to wear and I really like that they don’t scrunch up depending on how you walk or sit. They also stick on really well and don’t move around. Comfortable, and a decent amount of pads in the pack I would be happy to purchase these in the future when needed.

Feeling confident

I had previously used liners designed for light periods and constantly felt damp and was always worried if I coughed of sneezed. But with the poise regular pads I had no worries at all. I was also able to pick up my kids, jog and join in in yoga with out a worry in the world, they are a god send.

Great for exercise!
