Quality tissues
Kleenex Eucalyptus are strong, smell amazing and they are soft. I was recently sick and it was delightful having the eucalyptus at a time I was miserable and congested. No abrasions on my nose from repetitive use.

Really soft tissues
I like using these tissues when I’m unwell, they don’t overly help but they are in their own way comforting. The smell of the eucalyptus isn’t overly strong but it’s enough to ease a slight blocked nose which is nice. They are soft and gentle and generally quite easy to take out of the box. These are really good premium tissues.

NO EUCALYPTUS SMELL … DISAPPOINTED
Disappointed as first quarter of tissues had eucalyptus smell and the remainder of the box had no smell at all !!

Poor quality now
The tissue paper quality has diminished over the last 12 months - it breaks easily, the layers come apart and it is rough. There is also no eucalyptus smell. I had thought it was just an odd box, however, all the boxes purchased now are the same. It used to be my go-to tissue, but not anymore. I’m not surprised by other negative reviews. Looks like profits before people wins again.

Extremely Dissapointing possib Unethical Marketing
Affording Kleenex the benefit of doubt, I opened 3 out of my 6 newly purchased boxes of Eucalyptus tissues thinking there may have been a minor incidental fault with the first individual box of tissues. Eg older stock or mishap resulting in loss of the normally soothing Eucalyptus fragrance. Much to my dissapointment all 3 new boxes did not have any or minimal scent / fragrance only. Kleenex, as you can see from other reviews, most customers buy this product for its Eucalyptus fragrance and more importantly provides comfort and relief to customers that are unwell. The quality of your product is now causing distress and increased stress to your customers. Please let me know if Kleenex is going to resolve this or provide clarity so that customers can be clear about the product they are purchasing noting Kleenex Eucalyptus tissues cost more than tissues from other product lines. These tissues are expensive and is not of the same quality for what i have normally paid for. Thank you.
