Changed for the worse.
Total fail. New formula has no wax, despite saying it does. Shreds between my teeth, despite my having flossed for many years without this problem. You should recall this product and refund purchase price. Then fire the idiot who made the change.

Terrible product. The old stuff was great. Why change?
Why did you change this. It is horrible and got stuck in my teeth, broke off, and caused terrible pain until I was able to dig it out (causing gum damage).

The new product feels chalky and shreds - terrible!
Don't buy it - had been using this product for years and now it looks like Colgate have changed how the product is made. Bought three different packs from different stores because I thought it may have been a batch issue but now after reading all other reviews the change unfortunately is real. Poor move Colgate - severely disappointed. Found a good alternate from Oral B.

Don’t fix what isn’t broken…
I unfortunately ran out of my 10m mint waxed tooth floss and bought more. I couldn’t find my usual so I just settled for the 100m thinking that this would last me months!!! WRONG, waste of money as they have changed the floss. WHY?! It was better before. This new one couldn’t even get in between my teeth and I have tightly packed in teeth. I was scared to use it and push it in between further. Looks like no more flossing with Colgate :(

They ruined the best floss out there
Why did you change the floss?! The new stuff is far too thick for my crowded teeth and not smoothly waxed so catches.
Thankfully I saw the review that mentioned the Coles floss is a match for the previous and superior version so I'll give it a try

You have recently changed the formulation of your Dental Floss and the new version is terrible. It's more plastic, it coils, stretches and breaks when using.
I have been using the previous version of your dental floss for many years and it was far superior to all other brands. I won't be buying the new Colgate dental floss again and am looking for another brand.
Please bring back the old version of dental floss!

Quality has recently changed - for the worst.
I've been happily buying your this for years but after purchasing it the last time the quality has changed and now frays/comes apart when it's used and it's horrible. I won't be buying it again.

Really disappointed with the new product
I have been using Colgate dental floss for many years and the new product is way too thick to use. I bought the 100m roll and it's way too harsh and irritating for my teeth. I'm really disappointed as this has been the staple dental floss at my house and won't be able to use this product again. I hope the company takes on the feedback and brings back the original version, which was much better!

Bought this Colgate total mint waxed durable oral care floss today in new packaging. This is absolute rubbish not what I have purchased previously. Are you joking Colgate. Stuck in my teeth and shredded. Took ages to completely remove between my front teeth. Not happy !!

New product defective, stringy, breaks and caught in between teeth!
I have been using this for years, loved it.. however, you changed your product recently, its become stringy, breaks, caught in teeth and I am extreemely dissapointed that you could change a product that was initially "perfect". your changes you have made has made me try to look for an alternative!..... BRING BACK YOUR OLD PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY!

Please change back to old formula
I have been using Colgate dental floss for years and am very disappointed with the new formula.
The new formula is so terrible that I have had to completely stop using Colgate dental floss
and start using another brand. Very disappointing.

Simply Dreadful
Have used Colgate Dental Floss for years but will no longer purchase it. New formulation is terrible, gets stuck between teeth, shreds, not good near fillings, why this product has been changed to this formula is beyond me!
