Apply the product onto a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly at least twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist.

Causes mouth peeling
For some reason this causes gum sensitivity when brushing my teeth and they then peel thereafter. Very unusual reaction.

Loss of taste
Tried for about 3 weeks and it was a good toothpaste for taste and texture. Until I started losing my sense of taste. I stopped using it after a a couple of days of altered sensation. Within 3 days of stopping this toothpaste my full taste returned.

Really bad
I used this toothpaste this morning, immediately getting an allergic reaction to the smell of the toothpaste and giving me tingling to my lips, having to take an antihistamine and asthma medication immediately.
The toothpaste smells like an arthritis rub like dencorub. Fortunately I spat out the toothpaste, washed out my mouth immediately. This could have ended up in a full allergic reaction. I would hot give it any stars. This is dangerous to me.

Great for sensitivity

Horrible, causes canker sores and non-stop ulcers
I switched to this toothpaste a month ago and continuously had canker sores that would never go away. Only after some googling did I find out that it contains SLS, a common detergent which causes and aggravates mouth ulcers.
STAY AWAY, HORRIBLE PRODUCT. Dental science more like dental money-grubbing

Been using this for a few months now after switching brands and it seems to be working so far my teeth feel a lot stronger then they were before using this product I would recommend using this product in combination with others as there is no whitening effect with this product
