Wrap floss around index fingers leaving a strand about 10 inches long. Place the floss between teeth and slide between teeth past the contact point towards the gum line.
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Use as directed by your dental or oral health professional. Wrap approximately 45 cm of floss around your middle fingers on both hands. Gorilla FlossAt times the metal edge designed to cut a strip of floss breaks off when you near the end of the item; this is frustrating because I then resort to cutting the floss with a pair of scissors. However very effective in removing food particles between teeth.
