Remove strips from backing tape.
Apply upper strip to top teeth, fold over and stick to back of teeth, then repeat with bottom teeth.
Leave on for 30 minutes* and avoid eating or drinking whilst wearing.
Remove and discard strips, rinse or brush away any remaining gel.Â
