Recommended servings: two per day
- Add 4 level scoops of milk powder to 250ml of drinking water
- Shake until all powder is dissolved

I've used this for a month and it's absolutely my favorite! It's easy to prep (just cold water can dissolve), tasty to drink and nutritious. Definitely ordering more!
