For optimum comfort trim one size larger than show size. Test fit, trim again if needed. Trim sides and back of insole as required to fit.
Slowly prepare your insoles for use by wearing a few hours each day. This allows the insole to gently mould to your foot's shape creating a perfect, even fit.

Footcare diabetic insoles
These are good insoles and possibly the better choice for a diabetic foot. I have severe peripheral neuralgia and have found that the Footcare product, Advanced Memory insoles are better for me. I purchased these as I'm still looking for the perfect insoles, because I do love walking.
