Directions For Use

Before usage, make sure the product fits well in the shoe, if necessary remove the existing insole. The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe and if required, trim the end to the desired size following the guidance lines on the product.

For some people, orthotic insoles may take time to feel comfortable. Feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break in period may be necessary. If needed, build use gradually by wearing the In-Balance Orthotic Insoles for an increasing number of hours each day until you can wear them all day.

I was able to wear new shoes using these insoles and finished each shift with as much energy as when I started; a complete turnaround from the previous days. I immediately felt my right foot's stance being gently corrected and the muscles in my legs and thighs activated, obviously taking the strain off my back and neck. An amazing product that I am telling all colleagues and friends about. NB I am a Ladies' 8 (Australian) in shoes and the 4.5-6.5 just fits, I cut <1.5 cm off (only one in shop). Thank you so much! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first these took a little getting used to....especially my right foot which needed the most correction. But after a few days they became more and more comfortable. You really can feel the inserts working to adjust the feet into a more correct position and after a fortnight of using them my back does feel better!!! A big tick and thank you Scholl!!!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Steaz4 from Instant lower back pain relief. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have constant lower back pain and these insoles have helped tremendously. Within the first few hours my lower back pain had dissipated to quite an extent, where I did not need to use anti inflammatory pills, which up until now has almost been a daily requirement. They are a little thicker to previous insoles I have used, so was unable to fit in all my shoes, however, they fit perfectly in my runners. Double check the size before purchasing, I got large, I am a size 10, and probably should have gone a medium. Due to this I had to cut them to get a perfect fit, however the instructions on the back of the packaging guide you through this step.

They aren't cheap to buy which has made me hesitant to try them prior to this. I suffer from very painful feet (family genes), back & hip pain and planter fasciitis. I tend to mostly wear my thongs because they are an orthotic style but these insoles meant I could wear a closed in shoe for a change too. I dont think there's any perfect solution but these did help and provide extra comfort allowing me to be on my feet for longer. I will continue to use them. Thanks

I persisted and wore them fairly constantly for a couple of weeks as I thought it would get better with time but this was not the case.

I have found that the pain I was having has lessened slightly (very slightly), but hopefully it will improve in the future

Rated 3 out of 5 by Torii5 from Tried but failed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Insole fitted securely in my shoe and was very easy to position. It was the perfect sizing. Unfortunately I found the Insole uncomfortable for my feet and could not tolerate the discomfort. This was mainly attributable to the Insole height leaving less room in the shoe then what I am used to. I tried thinner socks but this did not help. While the actual contours of the Insole was comfortable from the perspective of the soles of my feet sitting into the curve of the Insole, it was the lack of room in the shoe which made for discomfort in practical usage. I persisted but could not tolerate using the Insoles for more than 2 hours at a time.
