Directions For Use

Initially apply 2 or 3 times daily to clean, dry skin and at bedtime for 7 days then as necessary to maintain softer and younger looking hands.

I have heard so many good things about it but because I have plenty of hand creams around I hesitated to buy until I saw it on the Rewards List and will be repurchasing as it is just so good.This is a hand cream that is heavy duty which is what my hands needed although I didn't realise it. In just a short time the itchiness and dryness have disappeared.My hands and fingers have been itchy since I have been using more cleansing products since Covid and nothing seemed to get rid of that until I used Tough Hands and within a day this was gone. It is a heavier cream to massage in but so worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by donnamaree from best for super dry hands Most effective hand cream I've ever used. I have always had really dry hands that sometimes split around the fingers and cuticles. Unfortunately it does leave the hands feeling like you've covered them in Lanolin. Best used at bedtime or when relaxing watching the tv or any other time you don't need to use your hands much. My son who is a mechanic also uses tough hands and keeps some both at home and at work. If your hands are really super dry I recommend applying tough hands and then wearing cotton gloves to bed, doing this every night for a week or so really works.

I think this is because the whole househol gets hooked onto it! My husbands uses this as much as I do and he is very fussy with hand cream having to be fragrance free and quick absorbing. This definitely ticks those boxes. What I like about this hand cream is that I can put it on and get back to typing at work, can use it at a red light whilst driving, or right before bed. It most definitely keeps your hands from being uncomfortably dry during winter, especially if like me your hands get flakey and sore during winter. I will always keep a tube of this at home and at work

This cream is especially designed to help heal and protect skin that is exposed to harsh elements, hard work etc. I find that this is the perfect cream to use after I have been out in the garden and my skin is feeling dry and overworked. This cream works almost like a coating that sooths and heals my tired and overworked hands. My hands feel and look smooth and well taken care of after I use this cream. It comes in an easy to use and hygienic squeezable tube, which I really like.

I knew my hands needed something strong and effective to repair them after repeated hand washing. I had also purchased and used the DU’IT for her cream first so when I started using this one, it wasn’t as nice. Firstly it is unscented which is a good thing for those that don’t wish to apply a scented hand cream. It is still effective and after a few days my hands continued to feel soft and protected from moisture loss. This unscented version is great value compared to the various scented ones they have on the market. Easy to apply from the tube and is of a slightly more runny consistency than a regular hand cream. Absorbs well into the skin. This is a big tube so should hopefully last me a while but I will only use it in times of extreme need and continue to use my regular scented hand creams for most days.

This is an intensive hand cream targeted at very dry and cracked hands, including sensitive and is fragrance-free. It comes in a 150g tube which is huge for a hand cream. It's Australian made and the design is male-friendly. Ingredients include urea (10%), lactic acid, Vit E. The hand cream is very thick and it's not the type that absorbs instantly. That's intentional as it is supposed to form a protective barrier. It's very good for places where you have cracked or peeling skin. I don't find it instantly hydrating, but that also means that the film it leaves behind doesn't wash away easily. I like applying a light lotion, letting my hands absorb that first, then apply this hand cream on top to seal everything in overnight. My husband has irritated and inflamed hands from dryness so I thought this product would be just the thing he needed. Unfortunately, the sensitive areas on his hands turned even redder 10 minutes after applying the hand cream, so he had to wash it off completely. So your mileage may vary, depending on your skin condition.

Some days I look down at my hands and they are the hands on an old lady . I love to potter in the garden and never wear gloves. I’m often washing up or doing something else with my hands. Whilst they still feel soft they look dry and wrinkled. For some reason I was expecting this hand cream to be really greasy. I guess my thinking was that I’d it was going to work it would have to be super thick. I have to use a computer all day so I can’t have greasy hands on my keyboard/mouse. Much to my surprise this hand cream absorbed super quickly. It was think yet it was not at all greasy. It felt almost like a dry oil. It instantly made my hands look hydrated. It really did make a visible difference to the lines on my hands. It’s like it filled them all in. I ended up buying a second tube of this to keep in the kitchen to remind me to use after washing up. The other tube stays in my handbag to be busted out whenever I notice my old lady hands!

The Du'it Tough Hands Fragrance Free mositurises hand like no other hand cream I have tried. You only need a small amount of the Du'it Tough Hands Fragrance Free salve as it is so rich, mositurising and nourishing. I found that I did not need to reapply it as often as I have had to with other hand creams due to its rich nature. The Du'it Tough Hands Fragrance Free is a supper effective cream that definitely does what it claims to do for your hands. I also like using it as a cuticle cream as it is so rich. The Du'it Tough Hands Fragrance Free soaks in nice and quickly and as per the name it has no fragrance so it is ideal for people who do not like the floral scent of most hand creams.
