Apply liberally and evenly to all unprotected areas 15 to 20 minutes before exposure to the sun. You need at least one teaspoon per limb, one for the front of the body, one for the back, and one for the head.
Re-apply every 2 hours or more often when sweating and after swimming, exercising, or towel drying. Use a hat, protective clothing, and sunglasses.
Sun Safety: Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. Always wear a hat, protective clothing, and sunglasses when exposed to the sun. For external use only. Patch test prior to use. If rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use. Do not use it on broken or damaged skin. Keep out of eyes. Store below 30℃

Almost no need for a sprayWhen I think of a spray sunscreen I typically think of a fine mist that needs little to no rubbing in. This spray squirts blobs of white sunscreen and actually gets a little messy in my opinion because you have to squirt it enough times to get a decent coverage. I also found it doesn't squirt perfectly and I end up getting it on my clothes.
A major benefit is that it is a 4hr water resistant formula and feels hydrating, but a little on the oily side. I do like how it feels though.
Personally I think you're better off just using a squeeze tube sunscreen than opting for this spray option as it'd be less messy.

Given a bottle from my friendI was excited to try this bottle when my friend gave it to me. She was leaving the country and could not take all of her toiletries with her. The spray applicator is good and it only sprays to the area where you point the nozzle. I have had other spray bottles that sprayed everywhere and I had to apply the sunscreen outside. This Bondi Sands Hydra bottle is perfect for my gym bag, I can apply my sunscreen after a workout. Put the lid back on and put back into my bag. I am happy this sunscreen is reef friendly and it absorbs really easily into my skin.

A light body sunscreen, but still greasy if you sweat a lot.This sunscreen has that liquid texture that feels very light on the skin, but I expected to dry down a bit, and it didn’t. It’s still sticky after application, but it could just be the heat of summer and combination of sweaty, grossness that comes along with it.
I like the spray pump, it’s easy to dispense and spread on the skin. I don’t recall it having any fragrance.
Overall, I like the idea of this sunscreen, it does the job at protecting my skin from the sun, and it is very hydrating, but it does leave a sticky film that in summer, I can’t handle.
