A little challenging at first
I must say that when a friend recommended I take this, and I did my research, I was quite challenged. But now, three weeks later, it has been really effective! One thing I did notice is that taking it at the doses recommended on the pack was quite heavy on my tummy. But I cut back and feel I have the right dose now and I really do feel this is doing me good. I will take rests from it from time to time and it should never be inhaled. All good otherwise! The price here is the best too.

This product has been a welcome surprise

Surprising results
I have been using this powder for about 3 weeks and have noticed a difference in my skin and how I feel. I'm also getting comments that I haven't looked this good in ages. It would be best to wean yourself on to this. I've just started my kids on this too (on a less dosage) to clean out their guts.

I bought this product after reading a lot about it,My original research was about diamatatious earth as a flea killer!

This product has helped immensely in controlling severe wind pains, I now have beautiful fingernails and it has certainly improved my hair. I take it in a small glass of warm water and don't mind the taste at all .
