Tommee Tippee Super-Steam Advanced Electric Steriliser - Having clean, sterilised bottles ready for every feed is an essential part of caring for your baby. The Advanced Steam Electric Steriliser gives you a quick and easy way to protect your baby’s tummy from harmful bacteria and viruses. The less time you spend cleaning and preparing your bottles, the better. With this electric steriliser, you can sterilise up to 6 baby bottles in just 5 minutes, ensuring you always have feed-ready bottles on hand for your baby. How do I use the Tommee Tippee Electric Steriliser? Simply add 80mls of water to the base of the steriliser, use the 2-tier rack to neatly stack your bottles, breast pump parts, soothers and other accessories, replace the lid until it’s secure and turn on to sterilise for 5 minutes. The steriliser will automatically switch off once the cycle is complete. Can I sterilise in advance? Steriliser contents stay sterile for 24 hours when the lid is properly secured. There’s no need to wait for the bottles to dry before using them, just ensure you allow time for them to cool down. How often should I descale my Tommee Tippee Electric Steriliser? This depends on the area in which you live and how often your steriliser is used. If the water in your area is hard, then you may need to descale every 14 days. If it’s medium, then you’ll need to descale every 21 days and if the water is soft, it’ll need to be descaled around every 28 days. Simply use a de-scaler that’s suitable for stainless steel i.e. kettle, iron and coffee machine de-scalers. Alternatively, you can use white vinegar, however this will need to be carried out more frequently as it’s not as effective as a purpose bought de-scaler. You can find out the quality of your water from your water provider. Tested against Influenza H1N1 (tested to EN 16777). The steriliser has a 5-minute sterilising phase so when the cycle is finished, either remove the bottles and accessories or leave the lid closed and the contents will stay sterile for up to 24 hours.

This has been a life saver with a newborn!
I was recommended this from a friend. Honestly at first I thought oh no it's okay for the price I will just do it the old fashion way. So glad I didn't do that and I purchased this product. It is fantastic, the bottle is ready in literally 2 minutes and it's the perfect temperature. It has been so helpful not only in the middle of night feeds but as we are sleep training, it's great that the bottle can be made as my daughter wakes up and in 2 minutes so she doesn't become upset. The only one not so great thing is the minimum setting is 4ounces (120 mls) but we just tipped what water we didn't need. Was still a lifesaver and so worth buying this product.

I’ve had this since my first nearly two years ago
Absolutely amazing!!! Perfect for night time as it’s quiet and you get the PERFECT temp bottle every single time! So easy to use even nanny and poppy who’s in their 70’s can use it! Two button press and your done! Made night time a ease when your half asleep and drained! It’s like a baby coffee machine! I’ve recommended this product to all my mummy friends and my brother who’s recently just had a baby! I’ve just had my second a week ago and it’s absolutely amazing! Just like the first time use! Highly recommend!

Genuine life saver when we came home from hospital
We bought this “just in case” before our son was born in August. The plan was to breastfeed exclusively, and that didn’t work for us. My poor baby way starving. “We’ll just give him a bottle”. It took FOREVER for us to boil and cook water while our tiny baby cried and cried. Then we remembered we bought the Perfect Prep. We got it out, set it up, and it changed our lives. I swear by this machine and I recommend it to literally everyone I talk to about baby stuff.

Why didn’t I get one sooner?!
I recently purchased this and I’m so glad I did!! I
No longer have to be super organised with preparing bottles or leave Bub waiting as water cools. This machine is genius! I will be using for baby number 3 also. Super devastated I didn’t have this for baby number 1!
Only wish it would make a smaller feed (less than 120mls) but understand that this would compromise killing bacteria as the hot shot would not be sufficient.

Time saver!!
First time mum, so any help from where ever it came from is amazing! Those mid night feeds were an absolute breeze. But it also meant I didn't need to stress about how hot the water was or how much powder was used. It's like a coffee machine for babies, minus the coffee ;)

I bought this for my first born and it was a life
I bought this for my first born, as a single teen Mum, it saved my life. Night time feeds were the hardest for us, it was so tiring, but being able to go and click a button for perfect temperature water to come out instantly was the most convenient thing to me. All I had to do was scoop in the formula and go.

Love this!
Over all, very happy with this product, looks great, easy to keep clean (just set yourself a reminder and be aware that like anything, it needs to be kept clean and have its filter replaced) A little bit slower than an experienced bottle-slinging parent (but 100% more accurate) A little bit noisy (but only about the volume of a microwave running)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 6 months ago when I had trouble breastfeeding, and wow it's amazing, such a life saver, so easy and quick! Definitely worth the money. I always highly recommended the Prep machine to anyone who asks me about it.
I only use Tommee Tippee, including bottles, dummies, bottle warmer and bottle steriliser, and have just purchased items for starting solids. Definitely recommend any Tommee Tippee products to any of my mummy friends.

We bought these end of last year- start of this year the best product ever very helpful product don’t have to do any bottle prep at all!! or stress you don’t have boiled water cooling & then trying to heat it in the middle of night let alone during the day when super busy, would recommend to any parent that’s bottle feeding you won’t regret getting this the best investment we ever made!!!!!

Life saver for a newborn, a must have for everyone
I have used this machine for every single bottle since my baby was born and recommend it EVERYONE! It is especially amazing for the night time feeds as it's quick, easy and quiet. The temperature is perfect no matter the volume. I couldn't live without it.

Absolutely love. With a 3 year old who still wakes in the middle of the night and now a new born this is been my sanity. Can still get the house work done (cough netflix haha) easy to take to my parents house and absolutely takes up no space at all in my bench just blends in like my jug

Only one issue is that it doesn't support all formula measurement of water required but still I would never give this wonderful machine up and recommend it in a heart beat to all sleep deprived peeps. Parents, Grandparents or care givers this product is so worth it. From using it 8 times a day to now I only use it twice a day and I still thank god every time I use it. Thanks Tommee Tippee

Just got this for our little twins AMAZING!
we just purchased this for our twins and it is an actual life saver! We were tossing up if we needed it and at 3am feeds I can’t praise this product enough!
If you like your sleep and don’t want to hear your little ones screaming for a feed whilst trying to cool down a bottle this is the product for you :)

Hands down the best purchase I've made for baby!
This machine is absolutely amazing! Have been using it for my son since birth. Both my husband and I couldn't be without it. It prepares the formula fast, to the right temperature, sterilizes the water and to right around of MLS all in one. Very easy to use. A life saver during the night feeds when we are just exhausted, it cant go wrong and gets bubs fed fast. I'd recommend to any bottle feeding family, it's worth every cent!

Helpful but still with some cons
I bought this for my son last November its helpful to prepare fast his milk but because its summer back then I need to fill up this with cold water and keep changing it if not machine will not work and say that temp is so high now that its winter it works well water in the tank can stay up all night. The lid of the machine not closing properly too sometimes I am knocking it over and might afraid dust might go inside it.

This is a MUST! This was the one thing my husband wanted and I'm so glad he bought it! THE best thing, when you're a FTM, just woken up and you've gotta feed a baby at 2am, last thing you want to do is try and figure out the right water temp for the amount required! This takes the hassle out of it and it's all ready in a couple of minutes! LOVE LOVE LOVE

I bought this as I have foster babies
I bought this machine as I got a foster baby that was 10 weeks old, it is an absolute god sent. When my boys were small you had to boil the jug, etc... now it is so quick and easy to prepare a bottle for bub when he is hungry.

I bought this before my son was born as many of my friends said this item has been the most useful since having a little one. It’s quick, reliable and prepares a perfectly made bottle in less than 2 minutes- which is exactly what you need with a hungry newborn! Can not recommend enough!
