Disappointing
This cleanser took off all my makeup except for my mascara. I had to use a warm face cloth to get rid of the mascara.

Clean and gentle
I got a sample of this product and found with only a few days of use I liked it and saw a difference in my skin. I consider my skin to be combo sensitive and this product cleaned nicely without stripping my skin. I only gave 4 and not 5 stars because personally I prefer foaming washes and not cream products but that is because of habit and not what is best for my skin. But that being said in the few days I did use this my skin was calmer and brighter. Will strongly have to rethink my cleansing routine.

Soothing, sensitive, creamy.
One of the better products of cleansers I've used. It feels like a quality product. I have sensitive skin and this product seems to soothe it and not make it flair up which is definitely a good thing. This is a creamy product, but doesn't leave the skin oily - in fact it feels thoroughly cleansed.

Very GENTLE Cleanser
I would not purchase this cleanser again, it was just too gentle for my skin. I didn't feel like my skin was cleansed thoroughly after using this cleanser, even after applying twice. I felt you'd definitely need to use a wash cloth in conjunction with this cleanser to remove make up. There are definitely better sensitive skin cleansers out there.

Gentle moisturising cleanser
I found that after using this product for a couple of days my stressed skin calmed right down and I was able to notice a significant improvement. It is a thick creamy texture with a very light scent that's actually hardly noticeable, it applies to damp skin wonderfully and is easy to wash off, I can also say that after washing this product off my face it felt smooth and moisturised instantly.

Fabulous cleanser with soothing ingredients
Trilogy Sensitive Very Gentle Cream Cleanser is a fabulous natural creamy cleanser that contains an array of soothing plant-based ingredients. I do not have sensitive skin, but occasionally my face has some subtle sensitivity to a few ingredients. The cleanser has no scent so I think that it would be ideal for the most sensitive skin.
I have used many creamy botanical cleansers over the years. I suspect that the Trilogy Sensitive Very Gentle Cream Cleanser might become one of my favourites. I think that this cleanser is slightly more effective at removing a full face of makeup than some other cleansers. It will even remove non-waterproof mascara (I haven't tested it on waterproof mascara yet). I always follow up with an eye makeup remover to ensure that I remove all traces of mascara.
I often read reviews where people say that creamy cleansers don't remove makeup well. These seem to be from people that are used to using foaming cleansers that wash away with water. When I've tried to remove creamy cleansers with water, makeup removal is not effective. I find it better to remove makeup with cotton makeup remover pads. I keep cleansing until the makeup remover pads are clear. I then remove any residue of the cleanser with a natural toner.

super gentle makeup remover!
This is the only cleanser I can use my when skin is irritated, especially in the middle on winter. It leaves your face very nourished and soft. On top of that it is fantastic at removing every last bit of makeup, even mascara! Although it is creamy I don't find that it leaves an oily residue on my face. Seriously this is the perfect product for sensitive skin.

Calms my highly reactive skin
This is the best cleanser I have ever used - and I have used so, so, so, so many.
Seriously - when I think about how much $ I have spent on skincare for my poor, sensitive skin... Yikes
So often I've committed to full-sized products and always wasted my time and money - it made me really hesitant to try anything new.
I am so glad I gave this product a shot - it removes ALL my makeup (including waterproof eye), no need to double cleanse. I can wash it off or tissue it off and it never leaves me feeling tight and devoid of moisture.
Such a lovely product - if you have sensitive skin, I urge you to try it out - it might be just what you've always wanted!!!

Only cleanser that has not irritated my sensitive dry skin!
I absoloutely love this cleanser. Yes, it is quite pricey but i think it is so worth it. Before coming across this product, I had never found a cleanser that didn't dry out my skin or made it red. I absolutely love this product and would recommend it to everyone with dry sensitive skin

Trilogy has been the best skincare in my opinion! haha!<br />When I was experiencing dry flaky skin... and my skin was sensitized that even Cetaphil hurt:(... I resorted to cleansing with avene water for a bit.. but that aint cheap!<br />So i went hunting in priceline and came across Trilogy, this is so natural and soothing, i fell in love! It really does wipe makeup... however for stubborn eyeliners and some mascaras, it aint so easy. BUT, it was a good cleanser, the smell was very botanical, so i guess its personal! haha (i liked it though!)

Gentle cleanser
This is a nice cleanser and it's very gentle on my sensitive and dry skin. It also cleanse my skin while moisturising. Sometimes though, I find that it doesn't remove my makeup completely and i'd have to cleanse twice but overall this is a great cleanser for sensitive skin.

Lives up to it name
This is what it says and is 'very gentle' on the skin. I have rather sensitive skin, but find that all Trilogy cleansers work effectively on me. It doesn't have the characteristic botanical smell of a lot of the Trilogy products, but it has a nice soft scent nonetheless. It's great to use in the cooler months when your skin needs a bit of extra moisture, but it's not overly creamy as some cleansing creams tend to be. After washing my face with this I'm often left with a natural glow, which is often stripped away with stronger products. Highly recommended.
