I bought this product in October 2024 ... I have not seen any changes still have hot flashes, sweating day and night and all the other symptoms related to menopause .......
2 months -3 months of taking this product nothing has helped. I wouldn't recommend this product.
Very economical to buy $70 I payed.
I was recommend by a friend telling me how within 2 weeks of taking this product hot flashes and stopping ✋️.
Never believe what people tell you , products don't work for everyone 💯.

Doubt it works for meIm 6 weeks into the tablets and have to admit there really hasnt been any improvement for me. I still wake a few times a night and have to throw the covers off, I still have excessive bone aches that wake me and I take pain releif for that almost every day, and now I have started having little mini hot flushes - top lip and beside the nose gets all beady sweaty. I know it says to give it a good month, which I have. However, this hasnt done anything for me. Booking to see a meno doctor as I will need to go to something pharma derived unfortunately. I'll stay on them until that point but cant see it making any major difference. Shame as they arent cheap.

No hot fushes and able to sleepIt's a life saver it did take a month to kick in and in that first month hot flushes everyday but second month not a single hot flush and its been 4 months now and I can sleep again which was my biggest problem cant recommend this enough
