Directions For Use

After using A'kin Damage Repair Shampoo, apply to mid lengths & ends. Rinse thoroughly & style hair as usual.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lisa359 from A Let-down This is a conditioner I had never seen before at my local supermarket and decided to try based on positive experiences I've had with their skincare line. The bottle is long and narrow with a push top lid. It claims to be for dry and damaged hair so I thought it would be perfect for me, but I was disappointed with it's performance. My hair does'nt feel well conditioned after using this, it does'nt coat my hair easily and I have to use double the amount of conditioner I would normally use. It lists some nourishing ingredients but I think it needs more if it's marketed at dry or damaged hair. I like that it's silicone free, but many other silicone free haircare products work better. The scent is described as Lavender, Cedarwood and Bergamot, it's a very faint scent and on the ingredients list it simply states it's Parfum (fragrance) so I don't think any essential oils are added and it's synthetic. It just does'nt hydrate or nourish my hair in the way I expected, and I won't be purchasing it again.

It smells great but I had to use quite a lot to get it through my hair which is just below the shoulders but is very fine and thin. It also made my scalp break out in small pimple like things, very itchy and irritated. The packaging is a good design as you can stand it on its lid, it is not slippery to squeeze when wet but it is also not available in a large size .Don’t waste your money, I am sure there are much better products out there, I am yet to find my holy grail.

I loved this conditioner, I dye my hair regularly and it feel this does wonders to restore my hair especially when used along with the shampoo, after a wash it feels soft, hydrated and fresh. It feels like my hair has never been dyed before and I'm once again working with natural hair (which we all know isn't true at 45 years of age, I highly recommend this shampoo to anyone with even a little bit of damage. Packaging is great and scent is great as well, overall a really nice product. I received this product from A'kin to review.

I can’t put my hand on it but I think it smells like a lush product I used to have. I absolutely love the way my hair smells 100% recommend I will be buying this ! I also have dandruff and Ive noticed I have next to no dandruff anymore! I did not purchase this product I received it free as a part of a product testing program.
