At the time of starting the trial, I thought nothing of it. I used the aveeno skin renewal scrub in pairing with the aveeno skin renewal smoothing lotion, and after as little as a single week I noticed that the eczema almost completely vanished. No longer is my skin irritated and patchy with it, my skin everywhere is smoother than ever and I'm thoroughly impressed. Whilst I do wish the scrub had a little more exfoliating properties, I still think it's basically perfect. I would definitely buy this for myself, and reccomend it to everyone.

It light scrubs off the dead skin cells leaving the skin soft and even looking brighter. I used this scrub every 3 days and I found it very easily integrated as part of my shower routine. I've used this on my pregnant belly and i feel it has helped me to prevent gaining stretch marks. Used in conjunction with the Aveeno Skin Renewal Moisturising lotion. The scrub produces a creamy lather to gently exfoliate and moisturise the skin; and leave it looking smooth, soft, and hydrated.

However, The Aveeno Skin Renewal Scrub was not as pleasant to use. I found it extremely messy and hard to spread over my limbs. I tried using it dry, slightly wet and in the bath but i did not have much success. Maybe i was doing something wrong? I have used harder and much messier scrubs than this. But i just did not love it! The Aveeno Skin Renewal range was nice, but i much prefer the AVEENO Skin Renewal Smoothing Lotion on its own.

The scrub had a nice balance of exfoliating seeds/beads and didn't feel like it scratched my skin or ruined the skin barrier (as other scrubs tend to do). This scrub exfoliated any dead skin and dryness away. leaving my legs an arms feeling smooth and moisturised for days (even if I forgot to apply moisturiser). My skin felt glowy and fresh after each use. I found that the scrub did not aggravate my sensitive skin or keratosis pilaris, and provided a soft and soothing exfoliation.

I have found the scrub has helped with this area but not completely removed bumps yet. I found the packaging easy to use and more hygienic than the usual tubs that shower scrubs come in. I found the amount of granules lacking for this scrub - I wish there were more larger/rougher granules so that it was a bit more ‘scrubby’ on rougher skin. Overall I enjoyed this product and would consider buying in future.

I’ve been using it on my legs which get very dry and scaly especially after I’ve been on holidays at the ocean or during winter. The scrub is gentle and it removed the dry skin off my legs. Using it all over my body leaves it feel soft and supple. It’s been a lovely exfoliating scrub and I’ve put my dad into it who suffers from very dry aged skin. I also love how it’s fragrance free and it doesn’t irritate my skin which also suits my dad. I recommend people with dry, scaly or bumpy skin to give this product a try, because it’s well worth it. The affordability is also great, I’m really pleased with the outcome and coupled with the moisturising cream your skin feels useful again.

I’ve been struggling to find a way to exfoliate and keep my skin soft and smooth without irritating it. I am so happy I tried this! It doesn’t have any fragrance so no irritation there and it’s SO gentle. I was thinking it won’t do anything because it honestly didn’t feel like much when I was using it but after drying my skin and feeling I was so pleased.
