Use this product to cover and protect blisters. Hydro Seal Gel Plasters provide the Optimal Healing Environment (Compared to traditional plasters). 1. Clean the blister. Wash the affected area and dry thoroughly. 2. Skip the ointment. To ensure the plaster properly adheres, do not apply creams, ointments or lotions to the blister. 3. Seal it up. Carefully remove the white paper tabs and apply the gel plaster directly on the blister. There is no pad. 4. Watch it work. Amazing productOn a cruise, my new sandals rubbed the top of my big toe raw one day one. How was I going to enjoy my 8 day cruise with this?! I happen to have one of these in my toilet bag and BAM! no more pain and it's helping! Love these!

Blister reliefI went through a stage of relentless blisters from running/ hiking and these things were my absolute best friend. When regular bandaids don't cut it these things provide protection and stop the rubbing, as well as heloing thr blister to heal. Have reccomended to other hiking friends to have these on hand.

Extra ProtectionThese are great. My kids when they get new footy boots at the start of the season usually need these until they have worn their boots in. These help to cushion and protect the blisters until they heal.
