Easy to use and effective
This fibre supplement is easy to use and effective. The powder dissolves quickly into my breakfast cereal and milk, or into a glass of water . It tastes fine, and the packet is self sealing-so easy to take away with me in my suitcase. In the past year, this fibre supplement helps keep me regular, and hopefully the prebiotic aspect helps my gut health too.
