Usually use gummiesDecided to see if spray was more effective than gummies. I've read that one should use the lowest effective dose of melatonin as it's a hormone, so I like that this is a lower concentration of melatonin than the gummies I was using and so far it has helped me fall asleep.

Surprised homeopathic preparations are even legalI bought this product under the misguided belief that it
a. Contained a therapeutically effective amount of melatonin.
b. Actually improved sleep.
Well it does have a pleasant peppermint taste...
And the placebo effect might have helped my sleep, until I read that it was a 6X homeopathic preparation.
Will give it a little more of a go, but am considering returning it for a refund on the basis of it not functioning as advertised (under Australian Consumer Law)

Useless junkBought and and used it for 2 weeks. Complete rubbish. Save your money and spray tap water under your tongue, that will achieve the same result. Zero star rating would be more accurate.

Melatonin resultsHave used this product for approx 2 weeks, and it does help me get to sleep easier but it does not keep you asleep, a useful addition to your household if you suffer sleep problems
