Wouldn't live without it!
I have been taking Lyprinol for over a year now and have occasionally tried NOT taking them on a regular basis so I know what I say is true for me. I do not get constant aches and pains in my back and neck or ankles or any other joints when taking this supplement. I also recover much better from a serious bout of exercise. I feel my congestion with hay fever also is reduced. I only take this and calcium and I'm aged 54. Love it. Thanks.
