Only one that works.Saw Palmetto was recommended to me by my GP who said his father had had great success with it. And I can honestly say, this product has literally changed my life. Getting up to pee in the night had become really annoying for me, often getting up 4 or 5 times a night, often every hour.
I would wake up exhausted in the mornings from lack of sleep. Even during the day, I had to plan out my morning walk to take in a couple of loo stops along the way.
NOW: At the most, I might get up once, but often as not I sleep right through. The first time that happened, I told my partner maybe I should have a sleep chart like my Grandchildren have, and get a gold star everything I sleep right through the night.
And morning walks, these ho uninterrupted, even on trips to town I no longer seek out all the public toilets.
Oh, and most days I only take one, of the two recommended doses. I only take two, if I've had a couple of non-gold-star nights. I should add that when the Blackmores product was not available in NZ I tried a couple of other brands, and also 3 Dr prescribed medications, and none of these worked - at all.

Swollen Prostate treatment.I had a debilitating swollen prostate 20 plus years ago and the urologist suggested the use of Saw Palmetto. I have been taking Blackmores Proseren - one tablet after food morning and night with no recurrence of my original symptoms. I thoroughly recommend it to you for this purpose.
