Not working for meI’ve been using an effervescent magnesium successfully for a year and decided to try this product as an alternative. It has not stopped the cramps nearly as effectively. Given I take magnesium at night to assist with cramps, the issues with b6 and insomnia should have been better listed in the instructions.

Please put a warning about the vitamin B in this product and consuming it in the morning!I'm happy enough with this product, though I've just discovered I can't really use it as planned (and it may even be detrimental to one of the issues for which I've been taking it). Magnesium supplementation is recommended with regularity in health and wellness articles to people that struggle with sleep issues, and I bought this for the double whammy of sleep and helping with muscle cramping (I live in Queensland and sweat alot when exercising so thought this would help with my electrolyte balance). While I understand the reasoning behind adding a group of vitamins and minerals together to work in synergy (ie your sleep magnesium), it would have been good to have the information about the vitamin B (and D) and sleep or time to take this on the front of the bottle. I would have purchased differently if I'd have known. I've recently started supplementing Vitamin B as well (I'm going through peri menopause and lacking energy) and I'd read it's best to take in the morning. Why don't you have this information on your packaging (the average person doesn't know about taking vitamin b at night, so even if it's listed on the ingredient label, it's not necessarily helpful), and why is it so hard to buy JUST the specific vitamin or mineral you wish to supplement?! I guess the '+' is possibly supposed to demonstrate there's more than magnesium, but it's not very clear (that there's more than just different types of magnesium) when purchasing. I assumed the + was to indicate it was a maximum dose with a variety of forms of magnesium. In addition, many places online don't show the whole label (especially the back) either so clarification on the front would be helpful for this purpose.
