I have been taking Bonvit Psyllium Husk Orange Flavour for more than then years, and find that it is very beneficial in maintaining bowel regularity. I always take a quantity of two teaspoons in water one hour prior to my evening meal, which is adequate for me to have an easy bowel movement the following morning. I have tried plain psyllium, but find that Bonvit's orange flavour makes it far more palatable.
