Rated 4 out of 5 by Daisiesn from Smooth and light I have moderately dry skin with hormonal acne flare-ups, so finding the right skincare is challenging. This serum is a nice option in my rotation. It’s not the most hydrating, but it provides enough moisture, especially in winter when my skin feels tight. Importantly, it’s suitable for sensitive skin—I haven’t experienced any irritation or reactions. While not the most intensely moisturizing, it’s gentle and reliable. I’m happy to keep buying it and recommend it for those with similar skin concerns.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cindz14 from Great Hydration! I have been using a more expensive hyrating serum and re-purchased multiple times. I won't ever spend that amount of money again after tring this! This serum is clear and easily spread across the face and neck. It sinks in nicely and doesn't leave an oily residue (my number 1 complaint for most). This is just the perfect, simple serum. It's what my skin needs and it's affordable! The dropper bottle is quite nice, I had no trouble sucking up enough product and it feels very sturdy and well made. This also sits well under makeup. It isn't oily and sinks in quickly, so you can go right ahead and apply makeup straight on top. Makeup wears well on top with no break ups or weird patches. It almost works as a hudrating primer.

The bottle holds 30ml of serum and only 2-3 drops are needed for each application. After cleansing my face each morning I apply 3 drops of serum to my face and neck. The serum immediately absorbs into my skin leaving it smooth and dry to the touch. I can apply an oil, moisturiser, sunscreen or foundation without any issue. Most days I just apply sunscreen over the serum, but on makeup days everything layers smoothly. The serum keeps my skin looking well hydrated, firm and smooth throughout the day.

The boost lab 2D hyaluronic hydro boost serum is good and moisturises the skin effectively although I felt that it only did it temporarily as when I stopped applying the product my skin went back to normal, this is why I feel that you could use the product on the day when you want your skin to look moisturised and plump, for me it was basically a makeup product that showed results on the spot

This is my first ever Boost Lab product, and I've been wanting to try their serums for a while now. I do have a lot going on in my skincare routine but what I lack is something to provide hydration and moisture, so this was the perfect choice. I love the packaging in the cute bottle with the little dropper providing a great way to easily dispense the amount of product needed. I've found that three drops adequately covers my whole face, so a little goes a long way with this Hydro Boost Serum. I'm loving the feel of the gel texture; it's a bit thicker than water consistency, so it feels like its doing something. My skin feels smooth, soft and hydrated after this absorbs into my face and it's the perfect base to then use moisturiser and makeup over. I'm impressed so far and keen to see continued results!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Miss_85 from A glow and more hydration an added plus After receiving a few Boost Lab serum samples, courtesy of @Meedee, and trialing them, one of which included a sachet of Boost Lab's 2D hyaluronic acid hydro boost serum, I was hoping that this product would appear in a future rewards room, and in May 2022, it was. The packaging from the Australian brand contained detailed information on all 4 sides of the box including its purposes, an informative summary regarding hydration, and instructions to applying the serum. The 30ml serum was presented in a translucent glass bottle with a dropper, which was convenient as one would be in control of how much content was used. The serum's appearance was clear, with a lovely texture, and was fragrant free which meant it would be suitable for anyone. The serum absorbed quickly and left my face feeling soft. With the help of ingredients such as hydrolysed hyaluronic acid and panthenol and finishing my skincare routine with a moisturiser, I noticed that my skin had a definite glow and was more hydrated.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lilypilly from Base base for moisturiser to boost hydration I've been using this serum for a year now and am quite happy with how it performs on my dry but oily skin. I often use this after having a face peel where my skin gets quite dry and is highly sensitive to actives where I just wants extra hydration and nourishment. I find that the vitamin B5 in the serum is extra soothing to my irritated skin and helps to lock in hydrating. it is a very fluid liquid that gets absorbs quickly by skin and dries without tackiness. I find that when used on its own, my skin is still too dry and I would need to layer on a more emollient moisturiser/oil on top to provide the longer lasting hydration. I have found that with it's use, I have much softer supple skin that just helps other moisturiser work better than when used on their own. This is something I would repurchase given it is affordable enough to be part of the daily skincare routine.
