Works very wellI add a few drops to the water when I’m using the Bosisto steam inhaler. The effect is instantaneous and really helps to clear the nasal passages

Great but there's better!Smells nice but not as nice as the Cradle Mountain oil, the scent is much milder and there's a particular note in it I don't quite like (not an expert to know exactly which ingredient it is!). Apart from that you need to use alot more to have the aroma fill a space.
