Children Dosage: For children from 2 years: To maintain digestive health: 1 sachet (3.15g) daily. To support bowel regularity: 1 sachet, twice daily (drink additional water between doses).
Empty the sachet into the glass, add 150-200mL water or your preferred cold drink, and stir well. Consume immediately. Some residual fiber sediment after stirring is normal.
