Adults Only: Apply a thin layer (Approx. 1 g) onto affected area and gently massage until absorbed into skin. Repeat 5 times daily. Wash hands immediately after use.

Each 1 g cream contains: Arnica montana liquid extract 125mg From dry flower 25mg Menthol 60mg Methyl salicylate 65mg Magnesium chloride hexahydrate 169.5mg Equiv. Magnesium 20mg Homeopathic Ruta graveolens 6C 2mg
