Directions For Use

Apply to wet skin and massage into lather. Rinse and pat dry. Immediately after bathing, apply Cetaphil Pro Eczema Prone Skin Restoring Body Moisturiser.

Store below 30°C.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Butch from Refreshing body cleanser without the itch I was looking for a better everyday body wash that is compatible with someone whom suffers eczema. Only problem is it’s only available in small non-pump bottle. Needs to be available in 750/1L pump size to be useful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by emma_mcmuffin from Worked for me I found this body wash after looking for a long time for a product that would not irritate my skin. In winter I suffer dry, itchy skin that can become somewhat painful and uncomfortable and is worsened if I use certain body washes. Regular or even “gentle” body washes that I am fine with any other time of year tend to affect my skin badly come winter when the air is drier. However after using this body wash I have noticed almost instantly how my skin does not feel itchy, dry, tight or uncomfortable after a shower, and I feel this has actually helped improve my skin’s overall moisture. It is a creamy type of body wash with Shea butter as a top ingredient, however it does lather a bit which I like but it’s not an excessive lather that leaves you feeling stripped of all your skin’s natural oils. There is also no fragrance in this which I really like because even though I enjoy a lovely scented shower gel any other time of the year, I prefer to avoid fragranced body washes when my skin feels dry and itchy like it tends to in winter. My only issue with this product is that it comes in a rather small bottle and it would be nice if they made a larger size. The price is also pretty steep so I only buy this if I can find it discounted (kudos to the recent Priceline 40% off skincare sale). I would recommend this to anyone with irritated, itchy, dry skin and anyone who has eczema as it is endorsed by the Australian Eczema Association. I’m on my 2nd bottle (my precious one last year lasted me most of winter) so I will definitely come back to this once I run out of my skin is still suffering, or next winter when I know it will get dry and itchy again.

I took it when I went away for a few days thinking it would useful and easy and small to pack. I was pleasantly surprised to see how good it was. It lathered very easily and was great to have to carry around all over while travelling. I have a feeling that it is quite avoidable too. Not sure as I did not pay for it. I think it would be great to use in the shower as well in the bath or to wash your hands in the basin. The fragrance was very acceptable and not at all overpowering.

I have had dermatitis in rather awkward places and this wash actually staves off the dermatitis for a long, long time. I haven't had an issue with dry skin in that particular area for about 3 years now. On the odd occasion where it does become irritated again, one shower using this body wash and bam! the issue is gone. It is slightly pricier than other brands but well worth the purchase!

This product worked for me and felt so soothing every time i used it. It can be more expensive then normal body wash, but its definitely worth it for people with the same situation as me.<br />Would highly recommend buying this!

Usually when using other body washes or soaps I am itching as soon as it touches my skin but with this I had no itching at all. Within 9 days I had my skin under control using the restoring body wash & my usual medicated cream & I have used it ever since.

Rated 5 out of 5 by oliveoil from My winter body cleanser I used this cleanser in the shower with a bath sponge last winter and it helped relieve my dry, flaky, itchy skin at first use! Don't expect a foaming wash, but it still gets the job done. I'd suggest using a anti-slip mat as well, it can get slippery in the shower, especially when rinsing. I'd definitely recommend this, and will repurchase this coming winter.
