I really really adore the smell of this body wash. It smells like watermelon and leaves my skin smelling nice and feeling soft and never tight or irritated after my nightly shower. I find that 2 pumps on my loofah is the perfect amount because 1 pump lathers well but after washing half my body I need the additional pump to continue that lathering. The only minor downside for me is that the pump is quite short unlike the picture of the product above. I don't know if they've changed the packing but my pump is really short and I struggle to get my loofah underneath the pump to dispense. Having said that though I will certainly purchase this again because I really like how the body wash made my skin feel clean, soft and nourished.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bianca R. from Gentle body wash This is a really hydrating body wash. It does not strip my skin and cause irritation. It feels soothing and calming. I like to pump about 2 to 3 pumps of this body wash onto my loofah and wash my body in circular motions and then rinse. My skin is left super soft and smooth. I also use this when shaving and it doesn't cause any itching or irritation when shaving. I would recommend this body wash to those who have sensitive skin as I find this to be very gentle. I would recommend and use this again.

I love the handy pump bottle, it’s perfect for my shower nook and means no mess or waste and is neater than soap. It doesn’t strip my skin of natural oils like soap can, it’s gentle on skin including the face. At under $26.00 it’s well priced and lasts for ages. It has a really pleasant scent that lasts and it cleanses skin really well without leaving a dry feeling. I love cetaphil products, this is a trusted brand and I would recommend it

Rated 3 out of 5 by Joanna981 from Ultra Gentle Refreshing Body Wash I have sensitive and at times eczema-prone skin and so was pleased to find a product aimed directly for this whilst also advertising a "refreshing scent" (most of these products tend to be fragrance-free as this often seems to be the things that causes irritation and inflammation. Unfortunately, this was an incredibly mild fragrance (in fact almost unnoticeable) that faded quickly during use. The wash itself is a creamy white colour and I found that I needed to use a larger amount to get a decent foam happening. On a positive note, this product did not irritate my skin. Two of the main factors that I consider when rating body wash is fragrance and foam, so just a middle-of -the-road score for this product, unfortunately.

Rated 4 out of 5 by lindylou from Body wash for sensitive skins I received a sample size (50ml) of this although I’m not sure from where. I’m not necessarily the target market for Cetaphil products as I don’t have sensitive skin or skin problems. Cetaphil is an American company and their Australian products are not tested on animals, they sell in China and say that there animal testing is a legal requirement so if you are against a company doing animal testing in any country then this isn’t for you. This body wash comes in a flip top blue and white plastic container (recycle 2) with all the ingredients on it and an expiry date – not something you see on many body washes. It is a translucent gel (think runny Vaseline) with a pleasant scent, I’m not sure it is really a strong enough smell to ‘awaken my senses’. It doesn’t make a huge lather but it is enough to shave with. I did feel clean after using it but not really soft and replenished. I always use a body lotion after showering anyway so all I’m really looking for is a nice smell, cleaning and not drying. This does the last two but I prefer something with more smell so I wouldn’t particularly purchase this. However, I would recommend it for those with sensitive skins which is who it is aimed at.

I have been buying Cetaphil for many years, I cannot wear product with fragrance. i gave the 2 bottles to my son. It now makes question whether I should continue to but Cetaphil products on line?

Rated 4 out of 5 by Frenchy1 from Ultra Gentle Refreshing Wash I was given a sample bottle of Cetaphil Ultra Gentle Refreshing Body Wash and I was surprised by how much I like it. I tend to stay away from products with SLS as it can irritate my sensitive skin, but as this wash is designed for dry, sensitive skin it did not make my skin react. The white bottle had a flip lid and the first thing I noticed was a soft cucumbiller/ aloe scent that I liked. When applied to a shower sponge the wash foamed to a soft lather. On the skin it gently cleaned and left no film after rinsing. The scent does not stay on the skin noticeably after rinsing. My skin felt clean and refreshed but not dry or stripped. I will be purchasing the full size of this product.
