Directions For Use

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day, for at least 2 minutes or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste.

Rated 2 out of 5 by DavidCam from Blue and Red Particles? Pros: Definitely foams differently to regular Colgate Total and teeth feel clean. Cons: Natural mint flavour is "interesting". Much prefer the regular Colgate Total taste. The see through cap seems unnecessary. Strange red and blue particles in the paste, which don't dissolve and are still in the foam when spit out. I can only assume they are "microbeads" added for "aesthetic" purposes, which again seems unnecessary in toothpaste... TLDR: Regardless of how good the "plaque release" actually works, you are still paying extra for a fancy cap and some multicolored microbeads.

I've used two tubes of the product during my 6 month visit and have seen a massive improvement to my gum health and the level of plaque in and around my teeth is almost non existent. Like I've just been to a dental hygienist!

At start i was not used to the taste of "reviving cool mint" but now I'm used to it. Like the fact that the tube can be recycled but the cap is not (which has more plastic than the traditional one... ) I might feel less bleed on my gums. Will have to use it for long term to conclude.
