Bad
The ‘New’ product is terrible, it’s way too thick and feels rough when you floss. The old one was much better.

Not good for tight teeth
My tight teeth can’t handle the new floss, I use to love this floss as it worked well with tight teeth. Now I can’t use it.

I Hate This Dental Floss
While this Colgate Dental Floss may be "new", it is certainly not "improved". I find the new plastic container unnecessarily large and bulky, but the biggest disappointment is with the dental floss itself. The floss is hard, dry, round, and actually difficult to squeeze between the teeth. I Hate It.
It is really unpleasant to use - not soft and flat like the original Colgate Mint Waxed Dental Floss so many of us have been using happily for years - and I detected no 'waxiness' or 'mintiness' at all.
Why do companies always feel the need to mess with products that work, and that work WELL?
Looks like I'll be shopping around for another brand, with a "kinder" dental floss.

From Great to Terrible
When I first bought this, it was great - nice flat floss that got between the teeth - packaged in an easy to manage container. The latest floss though is a disaster - it rolls out of the container rather than pulling it - is thin - and splits and frays on any tooth! I don't know how a company can get it so wrong! I've even sent them an email about it as it has gone from one extreme (great) to the other (terrible).

So hard to use if your teeth are close together
It has changed a lot! It's so hard to use now and it shreds and leaves pieces between my teeth. It's weirdly stressful because I feel like I'm going to yank my teeth out when I use it. Why was it changed, it was great before!

New - Not Improved!
I have been using Colgate floss for 16 years. I usually have a couple spare in the bathroom, but my stash was depleted so I bought the “new and improved” floss. I’m so disappointed! It’s not a flat thread like it always was. This floss is thick, round, frays easily and now won’t fit between my teeth so is unusable to me. I actually thought I had a bad batch so optimistically purchased a second one, only to discover it was indeed the new and “improved” product. Unfortunately, I now must shop around for another brand. Please stop improving products that work perfectly to begin with!!!

Strong, effective floss
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this floss incredibly effective. It’s smooth but tough, and moves between the teeth efficiently. I haven’t spent long enough with the product to test its longevity, but I imagine 25 metres will stand me in good stead for a long while to come. Recommended.

Great minty aroma
