Wouldn' be without it.I've recently discovered that I have a terrible allergic reaction from tick bites- almost unbearable itching and swelling to a hands-breadth around the bite site - this cream is fantastic, works really quickly to relieve that, to reduce the swelling and, best of all to stop the itching. My Chemist also recommended it when I was having a bad reaction to my swimming goggles causing itching around my eyes (hence the gentle version rather than the regular which is also good)... you have to be careful not to get it IN your eyes but the irritation was further away near the eye socket. Wouldn't be without it now.

Soothing DermaidExcellent for itchy / stinging skin caused by an allergy. I used this with Qtol antiseptic lotion because of itching with your finger nails taking the tops of the welts. But the itch and sting will take a few days to go away at least the area will feel soothing.

This product worksI bought this for my grandson as he was having a very bad flare of eczema after eating gluten, after two applications he slept that night without waking from scratching.
