LOVEmy housemate gifted these salts to me after I completed a triathlon, and was struggling to walk with soreness! Totally relaxed my muscles, and mind. Have kept using for twice a week to help with the ongoing soreness and they make a huge difference

A must have!I use this bath soak after long rehearsal days as a dancer. It not only helps to relax my muscles, and helps me to sleep better, but I have noticed I have less muscular pain the following day. Cant recommend enough!

Stress LessI totally love this epeze relax bath salts. I've been using epsom salts in my bath for years but this stuff with the essential oils is amazing I pull the blind light a candle pop some grounding music on sink in three deep breaths and I'm 'gone' it really de stresses me clears my mind and eases my aching bones. So happy to have found this in Coles. Thank you so much. Just what I need to manage my fibromyalgia
