Be aware - contains Vitamin B6Recently found out about the dangers of ingesting too much vitamin B6 (ie neuropathy in feet, muscle weakness) and B6 is added to this (and many other) magnesium products. Consequently, immediately stopped and purchased a magnesium product without B6.
