- Diffusion:Â Add 4-6 drops to water in your diffuser.Â
- Massage or bath:Â Add recommended number of drops to carrier oil before adding to bath or massaging chest, arms or legs.Â
- For 3 to 24 months:Â 1 drop to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.Â
- For 24 months+:Â 4 drops to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.
