I am about to buy a set to go in each pair of my shoes as these are brilliant. Don't try them for couple of days and throw in the towel it took 2 weeks before I felt the change as my knees and back start to realign after putting up with poor arch supports in my shoes. I swapped current pair from one shoe to another and don't have chronic knee or back pain until tow as they are well used and old. Current ones have lasted me well over a year and were great value for money
