Directions For Use

Remove pads on inside of support if desired. Center lacing over middle of spine.
Wrap panels around waist and secure hook and loop in a comfortable, but snug position.
Release pull cord straps on each side and pull in an outward motion until the brace is at desired level of support.
Bring pull straps forward and secure. Adjust support as needed.

Some individuals may be sensitive to neoprene or neoprene-blend rubber. If a rash develops, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Secure all straps prior to washing. Remove pads. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Slartibartfast from Post-surgery support I bought this after an abdominal surgery for 2 reasons. #1 was for my abdomen, it helped support all my muscles that felt like jelly for a couple of weeks after the trauma of the surgery, and #2 was for my back, which completely packed it in a couple of days post-surgery when my abs were no longer supporting my lumbar disc prolapse. This back support really helped when nothing else was able to, I just needed to be "held together" and the adjustable straps helped me get the pressure in the correct places. I am not a very big person, so i had to adjust to the smallest sizing possible with the straps, like another person mentioned, a smaller option would be amazing (unlike that person - i cannot sew, so having perhaps a small-medium and a medium-large adjustable option would be fantastic). I recommend this product to anyone needing extra support for abdo or back (or both) issues.
