Open all velcro brand fasteners and slide thumb into thumb hole. Wrap stabiliser around hand and secure fastener at the base of the wrist.
Wrap long strap around wrist and secure. Adjust both closures until fit feels firm, yet comfortable.
Wrap and secure thumb strap around thumb for better fit, or along base of thumb for added stability. The metal stays can be adjusted to accommodate recommended positioning, or removed completely for moderate support.
If discomfort or pain results, persists or increases, discontinue use and consult a physician To wash, remove both stabilisers through slits at the base of the support, and secure all fasteners.
Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.

Very supportive, well-designed productThis is a great Thumb Stabiliser. I bought one 3 weeks ago to support a damaged lower thumb joint that's been killing me even to touch it. The Deluxe Thumb Stabiliser felt amazing the moment I put it on. It has been a great support in reducing pain in the thumb and reminding me to go gentle on my body! What has really impressed me is the design. I'm a stickler for quality and good design, and so many products these days are what I'd call 'junk'.
