- Insert thumb into loop with grey side of material against skin.
- For Right Hand: Wrap support under bottom of wrist and back around the top of wrist.
- For Left hand: Wrap support over top of wrist and back around under bottom of wrist. Secure hook fastener.
- Adjust support until it fits firmly, yet comfortably.
