Methods of use: Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser. Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.Â

A nice change from the usual headache blendsI love the addition of Lemon and Lime in this blend. It’s very different to other headache blends I’ve tried but it’s a good different, a nice change. Nothing usually shifts my headaches but this blend has definitely reduced the severity so I’m curious to see how it continues to work over time.
