Methods of Use (Adults Only) Vaporisation: Add 6-9 Drops (0.2mL - 0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser. Massage: Add 6 Drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

One of my favourite scents.So beautiful. My mum even loves this scent. It’s incredibly nice!!! Never gives me headaches so you can tell it’s good and safe for you. You really can’t go wrong with this brand. Honestly 10 stars.

Helped reduce anxiety and gets some sleepAbsolutely love my new diffuser and oil. I suffer from insomnia and have tried all natural remedies to help me sleep. I was rather sceptical at first assuming that a diffuser with the recommended oils wouldn't work.. much to my surprise i have had some pretty good sleep! I would highly recommend this product and oils from In Essence!
