Methods of Use (Adults Only)
Vaporisation: Add 6-9 Drops (0.2mL - 0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.
Massage: Add 6 Drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
Essential Oil of Mentha x Piperita leaves 1mL/1mL
Keep out of reach of children. For external Use Only. Do not use neat. Do not use if seal around box is damaged. If symptoms persist, talk to your health care professional

Peppermint for all occasions
I love burning the In Essence Peppermint (Pure) essential oil in my diffuser at night time to help me sleep. I also have a bottle on my desk and when I need a boost or have a headache, all I need to do is take the lid off. Peppermint essential oil is so versatile, it's great for getting rid of kitchen smells and is my go to oil.

Feelin minty fresh
THIS IS THE BEST OIL!!! i have so many uses for peppermint but my go to is for headaches. It 100% helps me relieve headaches with its cooling sensation. I pop a drop in the jojoba oil and rub it into my temples, neck and forehead and it honestly works!!! I’ve even been doing this on my partner when he gets a headache and he says it works too. Absolutely love peppermint
