Directions For Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily.

Children over 5 years: Empty contents of 1 capsule & mix with water once daily for immune support.

Lactobacillus acidophilus (NCFM) 12.5 Billion CFU

So I want it in great shape. Also a great gut means more adult stem cells running around my body to repair what is damaged through daily life. I recommend it.
