Metamucil orange smooth is great and works well. I've had my gallbladder removed and has tummy upsets all the time. Metamucil has helped to become regular without constipation or diarrhoea anymore. I would recommend this to anyone who has had gallbladder surgery.

Rating average for me is only 4.33 as there are times that it like induces diarrhea for me. This is the big quetion mark I have on taking this Metamucil. I take this every morning before meal. Should I just take this diring or after meal?

This product sends my blood sugar through the roof, i.e. from 5.0 to 19.8mmol. The container says 'No added sugar' but the back of the container is impossible to read. There is no information regarding ingredients on this website. I am very unhappy with the product, mostly because this effect was unexpected, and there is no information to help me choose a better product. It is also expensive, and now I have a product that I can't use.

Work great and taste is fine.
I'm taking this twice a day and makes a huge difference. Orange tastes makes it easy to drink.

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this product disappointing overall. I think I was expecting to feel great but I had the opposite. The positive was that the taste was pleasant but that's where it finished for me. I had terrible cramping and was very constipated after the first week. By week 2 my GP had advised me to stop taking it

Didn't live up to my expectations.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I was not a fan of Metamucil. I had high hopes for it and while I did feel more regular after the two weeks, I won't be continuing with it.
The taste was not enjoyable, and I found it wouldn't dissolve properly, leaving lots of powder at the bottom of the glass.
